Background:
The general registrar office considered the main office for registration in the
University of Medical Sciences and Technology, the work in mentioned office started
on 1996.
Duties of the general registration office:
1. Registrate all students for the first academic year in the university.
2. Continue registration process to secondary levels for certain colleges
(Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing Sciences and Anaesthetic sciences).
3. Registration for different post graduate programs.
4. Divide tuition fees to many portions to facilitate registration process
for students.
5. Print out cards for under graduate students.
6. Design different certificates which related to student registration.
7. Keep files for collages was mentioned in the point number 2.
8. Execrated student's lists and their university number.
9. Representation the university in various Occasions.
