IEPD was established in June 2011 and aim to play a major role in promotion of education
in UMST University and other Universities in Sudan. The IEPD is meant to promote
professional development by in-service training courses in all fields to improve
performance, career advancement and to allow personnel in different fields to keep
abreast of new technology and practice.
