This is the third clinic of its type in Sudan specialised in OBGYN and neonatal care. It provides highly qualified consultants and qualified and advanced outpatient clinics. The clinic is equipped with modern ultrasound scan equipment, and can provide 3D and 4D scanning. This hospital provides free treatment for emergencies and children, in addition to providing financial assistance and support to those who are unable to afford essential surgery. This hospital is run n cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Khartoum State. The hospital is recognised as a training hospital for registrars by the Sudan Board for Medical Specialisation. This year the hospital will celebrate the inauguration of an ICU and CCU, and preparations are currently ongoing for the opening of a National Renal Centre and a Regional Dialysis Unit.
